Are you ready to calibrate your body compass?!
This audio recording is my interpretation of an exercise I learned in Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Life Coach Training program. It’s a powerful way to access your innate wisdom and make decisions that are aligned with your true self.
Just a few notes before you begin:
(1) Please set aside 30 minutes to do this exercise. You’ll want to be in a quiet environment free from distractions, so please turn off all phone notifications if possible.
(2) The calibration part – which occurs about half way through the recording – is best done with a coach. Since you’re here doing this solo, I recommend pausing whenever you need more time to more deeply explore something. And, you may want to spend some time journaling about the experience after completing it.
