As Martha Beck-certified Wayfinder, my approach is heavily influenced by my training. The primary objective of a Wayfinder is to support clients as they begin to live in integrity with their true nature, and part of this involves using the body as a compass.
Additionally, I’ll evaluate where you’re at in the Change Cycle so that our work together is appropriate. For example, if you’re feeling completely lost, we’re not going to bypass this unpleasantness – this liminal space – by launching into a massive goal-setting session or taking another unhelpful action. Instead, we’re going to focus on meeting your immediate needs, reconnecting you with your inner guide, and creating a nourishing environment for you to move through this liminal space…but only as you become ready to.
What I love most about my coaching style, though, is witnessing clients connect with their Divine nature, re-wild their spirits, and reclaim their right to take up space!
Maybe we’ll take a walk together in the park (virtually or in-person) instead of sitting in front of our computers.
