Our next Sacred Sister Virtual Circle’s theme is on Self love. Time and time again, I see sisters struggling with this – with honoring themselves as the perfect and beautiful manifestations of the Divine light that they truly are – and this has got to end!

I believe that changing this dynamic is one of the most critically important paradigm shifts we must make if we’re to experience freedom, joy, and peace…and to elevate humanity’s collective consciousness.

Sister, this circle is going to be POWERFUL AF.

GENERAL OPENING STRUCTURE:

1. Welcome and introductions
2. Getting grounded.
3. Lighting a candle.
4. Reviewing our circling agreements.
5. Reading and reflecting on our circle’s theme.

THEME/REFLECTION STRUCTURE:

The structure of these virtual circles can vary. Sometimes we’ll take a journey together, while other times we’ll listen to a reading and then move into sharing. It will depend on the theme and possibly the number of registrations.

Note that our May 4th circle will not include a journey and will (mostly) follow the format of the in-person Sacred Sister Full Moon Circles that I facilitate. The beauty of this format is that it emphasizes sharing and holding space for each other – something that so rarely happens in most areas of our lives!

GENERAL SHARING + CLOSING STRUCTURE

1. Opening our circle.
2. Sharing.
3. Closing our circle.
4. Completing an intention-setting or releasing ritual.
5. Blowing out our candles.
6. Mingling, for those who wish to stick around for a bit once our circle closes.

A very important element of the circles I facilitate is that each sister will have equal time to share, be it with words or in silence. It’s in this way that we gather as equals.

Due to the sacredness of this circle, it’s critical that you arrive early or on time. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason unless I must cancel the circle. This circle requires at least four participants and is capped at 10. Please read the guidelines below before purchasing. Thanks!

Here’s what happens when you complete your purchase:

1. You will receive THREE emails within a few minute of purchase. I know, I’m so sorry…I can’t find a way to either combine them or turn them off! These emails include:
   1. A confirmation email from Stripe with your receipt (my payment processor)
   2. A confirmation email from me via WooCommerce (my online shop)
   3. An email with important circling information from me via ConvertKit
2. You will receive reminder emails from me one day before and then about an hour before our circle.

A FEW VERY IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:

1. This is a structured, VIRTUAL circle.
2. Our Zoom room will open 5 minutes early, at 12:55pm CST. Please arrive by our start time* (1pm CST).
3. For these circles to embody the intimacy present in an in-person circle, video is important. Please plan to keep your camera on unless doing so creates hardship for you or is distracting to the group.

*Because the review of our circling agreements is a critical element to understanding how our circle functions and to keep it brave and even safe, no one will be admitted from the waiting room once we begin reviewing our agreements.

If you arrive after we start but before we begin reviewing our agreements, you will be admitted from the waiting room and into our circle during a natural break (e.g. after the grounding exercise or lighting our candles).

If you were present for our agreements but your call drops, you will be re-admitted during a natural break (e.g. not during a meditation or while a sister is sharing).

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS

Please note that it is your responsibility to arrive on time and to ensure that you’ve translated our circle time to your own time zone in advance. DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE CALENDAR, ZOOM, ETC. I’ve had instances where the conversion to my calendar didn’t register correctly (seriously – it’s happened!). Here is a time zone converter.

Also, please consider clicking the Zoom link at least 5 minutes prior to our circle in the event that Zoom decides to automatically install an update. I can’t tell you how many times this has happened to me. Just saying…

Finally, please only register for this circle if you agree to the above, as no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including technology issues, late arrivals, illness, etc. Thank you!
