Wayfinder Coaching
for awakening humans.
I help awakening humans solve problems, navigate these batshit crazy times, and create deeply nourishing, joyful, and purpose-driven lives.
Welcome to The Team, my friend.
While much of the world remains asleep, there is a growing contingency of humans who are awakening or awakened, and it is this cadre of humans who will, ultimately, save humanity from itself. In a nod to my mentor, Martha Beck, I’m calling these humans Wayfinders.
I believe that Wayfinders were put here to help us (as both individuals and the collective) remember who we truly are, live in alignment with our truth, and elevate our consciousness.
If you are reading this, you quite possibly are a fellow Wayfinder (even if you’ve never heard that term until now). And so - in another nod to my mentor - I’d like to welcome you to The Team!

Choose your path.

Women's Circles
For humans who respond to “sister” and who crave deeper, supportive community with other women. When we gather in circle, we embrace vulnerability and reclaim our right to take up space.
Welcome! I’m Kristi, & I’m so glad you found my site.
I’m a lot of things, including a 1/3 Reflector, tree-hugging hippie, and (recovering) student of economics. I’m also a Martha Beck-trained & ICF-certified Wayfinder Life Coach (and Master Coach In-Training) and Sacred Circle Facilitator.
I’m fiercely committed to elevating our collective consciousness and have been for the past 27 years.
When I discovered Wayfinding, I knew that the means to elevating our collective consciousness was staring me in the face. And so, I’ve woven Wayfinding into all corners of my life and all that I offer.
Wayfinder Life Coaching (aka Wayfinding) and Sacred Circling are designed to help you to remember who you truly are, use your internal compass to navigate life, and to live in integrity with your true nature, as when enough of us do this, our collective consciousness will rise.

One of my favorite coaches argues that coaches should stop calling themselves coaches. Why? Because wtf is a coach?! People don’t want coaching, per se. They want the result.
So an alternative explanation is that I help people solve problems and get out of their own way using Wayfinder tools.
Problems that often begin with: “I feel so stuck with [x], but…” or “I’m struggling with [x]…” or “I don’t know what to do about [x]…”
Problems that are existential in nature. Like, “What’s my purpose?” or so-called midlife crises.
Problems where you’re not showing up as you are. People-pleasing. Playing small or not taking up the space you deserve to take up. Wearing a mask.
Problems of avoidance or discontent or that you try to self-medicate through via shopping, boozing, gaming, binge-watching, doomsday scrolling, social media addictions, etc.
Problems where there’s a lot on the line if you get it wrong, like whether to get married or start a family or move or buy a house or quit a job or go back to school or…
The list of problems that Wayfinding can help solve is endless. And that’s because Wayfinding relies on your innate wisdom expressed via your body compass. You see, your body knows the answer. And sometimes, the answers are shocking! Anyway…
Wayfinder Life Coaching (aka Wayfinding) is your ticket to living the life your soul craves. Notice the word “soul.” If your ego’s wildest dreams aren’t aligned with your soul’s wildest dream, Wayfinding’s gonna (kindly!) point that out.
In many ways, Wayfinding is like other forms of coaching. For example, I partner with clients to help them identify what they want to change about their lives, work through disempowering beliefs about their circumstances that keep them stuck, and map a path towards creating desired change.
AND Wayfinding deviates from other forms of coaching in that we’ll be checking in regularly with your “body compass” and using it to guide you, to determine whether the path we’re on will bring you closer to your “North Star.” Though we’ll use various tools in our sessions, Wayfinding doesn’t follow any sort of framework. It’s highly intuitive. And it’s freaking life-changing.

I work with kind, conscientious humans. Humans who give AF about the state of our world at least as much as they care about their own lot in it.
Note that I frequently use the term “awakening" when describing who I’m here to serve. By this, I’m referring to those who see (or are waking up to) the insanity of our current cultural paradigm and yearn to live in alignment with who they truly are.

During a vino-infused moment around my fire pit in 2022, I got this inkling to call a women’s circle. When I sobered up (side note: I ditched the booze later that year), I realized that I’d better figure out how to facilitate a circle for the women - all strangers! - who had RSVP’d to my Facebook post.
There’s more backstory, but the gist is that on the full moon of May 2022, I began holding monthly (and sometimes semi-monthly) circles for the women in my community.
In the spring of 2024, I began offering a membership circle to encourage deeper connections and continuity amongst circlers. Eventually, I scaled back my other circle offerings so that most of my energies could be devoted to these membership circles.
I’m continually exploring other ways to promote the practice of sacred circling and gathering women in circle. This led me to create an on-demand Masterclass on how to facilitate sacred circles, and there may be a cohort-based training on the horizon. Just sayin’.
When we gather in sacred circle, we show up as our true Selves. We get vulnerable. We hold space for each other. We are seen, witnessed, and heard. We share what’s on our minds and hearts, without anyone offering us comment or advice.
THESE CIRCLES ARE POWERFUL. Whether you join me in circle or find another circle in your own community, I pray that you get to experience the magic of circling.

There is no alternative but to act.
An excerpt from Lyanda Lynn Haubt’s glorious book Rooted that resonates deeply with me.
“We enter as pilgrims, as wayfarers [or as Wayfinders] - knowing there is something we are seeking, something nameless, beautiful, waiting, wanting. Something that will change us so thoroughly that our cozy slippers will no longer fit, that our cat will, at first, hiss upon our return, our hair tinted green with lichen, sweet root tendrils among our toes.
We enter knowing the path is invisible, the terrain uneasy, the weather uncertain, our minds unprepared.
We enter knowing we are not able to “save the earth” in one fell swoop or any swoop at all, that our work here will fall short even as there is no alternative but to act.
We enter absolutely entangled with every creature, tree, stone, and human above and below the soil. And with this as our lodestar and comfort, we understand that we enter, too, completely alone, with little but our wild instincts to guide us.”
