Sit in intimate circle with Sacred Mama Cacao and allow this potent heart medicine to awaken your soul.
The cacao ceremonies I host are deeply transformational and sacred soul experiences, and unlike most other cacao ceremonies, they do not involve ecstatic dance.
We’ll begin by gathering in circle in my home and honoring the gift of Mama Cacao. Over the next 1.5 – 2 hours, we’ll move through three meditations (one seated, two lying down), each more powerful than the last. As we transition out of our final meditation and into our final seat, we’ll share about our experiences through words or silence.
Due to the sacredness of this circle, it’s critical that you arrive early or on time. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason unless I must cancel the ceremony. This ceremony requires at least two participants and is capped at 4. Please read the guidelines below before purchasing. Thanks!
Here’s what happens when you click the “ADD TO CART” button:

- You will receive a confirmation email, which includes your receipt.
- You will receive a separate email with a welcome packet and everything you need to know about our ceremony. This email will be sent out about a week prior to our circle or – for later sign-ups – within a day of registration.
A FEW VERY IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:
- This is an IN-PERSON ceremony.
- You absolutely must arrive by our start time (2 pm) but ideally a little earlier (1:55 is optimal!).
- You must power your phone off (do not just silence it) for the duration of our circle.
- No refunds or credits will be issued.
**IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER**
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or are on anti-depressants, please let me know. We will jointly decide in advance whether we will reduce your “dose” or its potency, or if I’ll provide you with an alternative. It is generally very safe to consume, but it can induce headaches in some instances. It’s important to keep in mind that swapping out cacao for something else won’t negate the power of this ceremony, so please listen to your gut and always err on the side of caution.

ABOUT THE CACAO:
We’ll be enjoying La Noche – my absolute favorite variety of ceremonial cacao on record! – from Soul Lift Cacao (my trusted source for all truly authentic ceremonial cacao), which is located in Portland, Oregon. They know their growers and Indigenous ceremonial “processors” intimately, pay them 1,100% of what’s considered the “Fair Trade” rate, and prioritize maintaining the integrity of the entire supply chain. Most “ceremonial” cacao out there fails to do these things and is often processed (and refined – a big “no” for traditional ceremonial cacao) in US facilities by non-Indigenous people and on non-traditional equipment…
Note that the cacao I’ll be preparing is unsweetened, very thick, and “plain”. It does NOT taste like the hot chocolate you’ve drunk before, nor does it even taste like unsweetened hot chocolate. It’s often called “medicine for the heart” for a reason! You must come to the ceremony with an open mind. That is all.
Note that (1) I’ll share with you the source of the specific variant of cacao we’ll be drinking, and (2) 10% of all profits from my Sacred Cacao Ceremonies get donated to one of the fundraisers found on Soul Lift Cacao’s site.
Finally, please note that on-street parking is generally pretty easy to find within a block of my home (shocking for Chicago!).
