WHAT’S INCLUDED

Each email includes a welcome video and that day’s activity. Some days will include workbooks with journaling prompts while others will include meditations or videos. The sixth day includes a 60-minute “yin-inspired” yoga sequence. And, the seventh day is a bonus.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you buy the course, you will receive a thank you email with your receipt. You’ll receive a separate email for Day 1, which will outline that day’s actions. Watch the welcome video, and follow the prompts in the email. You will receive a new email each day for a total of seven days.

Why an email course?

After writing the blog post on this topic, I felt compelled to create a course because while it’s easy to say “meditate!” in a blog post, if you’re not a meditator, this advice isn’t very helpful. This course:

  • Includes short guided (music-free) meditations.
  • Is not a cure-all. I’m sharing what’s worked for me. But sometimes I still struggle and so will you.
  • Offers a taste of some of the practices, methods, and approaches that may be integrated into coaching sessions with me, should you decide to go that route.
