This is a 7-day email course that guides you through the practices shared in my blog post Simple Self-Care Practices That Will Help You Get Calm & Grounded

This offering is targeted specifically to people who are engaged or entangled with someone who’s manipulative, and the practices are intended to help bring about a sense of calmness and groundedness post-stressful encounter.

Please make sure that you read the blog post (or at least skim it) so that you know what the theme of each email will be. 

Each email includes a welcome video and that day’s activity. Some days will include workbooks with journaling prompts while others will include meditations or videos. The sixth day includes a 60-minute “yin-inspired” yoga sequence. And, the seventh day is a bonus.

Why an email course?

After recording the podcast on this topic, I felt inspired to follow it up with a blog post. And then, I felt compelled to create a course because it’s easy to say “meditate!” in a podcast or blog post, but if you’re not a meditator, this advice isn’t very helpful. This course:

I thought about including music but decided against it because it can be distracting. And, I want to share with you what works for me…because that’s what I know and it’s the most authentic way for me to share. I don’t meditate with music. If you’d really like me to add music to the mediations, drop me a line and I’ll consider updating the files!
