You can expect coaching with me to be fluid and intuitive. We’ll regularly check in with your “body compass” or inner guide to see what your soul thinks and feels about things.
We’ll use coaching tools that are appropriate for where you’re at in the Change Cycle (it’s a core component of the Wayfinder coaching model created by my mentor Martha Beck). Some examples include metaphor, “The Work” (borrowed from Byron Katie), visioning and journeying, “marmoset”, and many more.
Somewhat unique to my coaching approach is my integration of breath work, grounding practices, and (possibly) spiritual elements into our sessions. We’ll explore what most readily connects you with your soul and decide how we want to implement it.
Maybe it’s holding a short cacao ceremony at the beginning of a session, doing a grounding meditation or body scan, practicing a few rounds of deep breathing or pranayama, and/or cutting cords. Maybe it’s moving our calls outdoors, creating a simple candle-lighting ritual, or even praying together. Whatever we choose, you’re always in the driver’s seat. If something I mentioned makes you cringe, we won’t do it!
